RECURSO NATURAL (NATURAL RESOURCE)- (ECO)- As a factor of production, land with its original fertility and mineral deposits.

RECUPERACION (RECOVERY)- (ECO)- A phase of the business cycle characterized by increasing gross national product, lessening unemployment and a levering out of previously falling prices; popularly called upturn or revival.

REGLAMENTACION Q (REGULATION Q)- (ECO)-A limit on interest rates that commercial banks may pay on deposits.

RESERVAS SECUNDARIAS (SECONDARY RESERVES)- (ECO)- Bank Holdings of liquid assets (Treasury Bills, etc.) that can readily be converted into primary reserves (currency or reserve deposits).

REVALUACION DE LA MONEDA (REVALUATION OD A CURRENCY)-(ECO)- An increase in the par value of the currency

RIESGO RELEVANTE (RELEVANT RISK)- (FIN)- Portion of the asset's total risk that is relevant for the determination of opportunity costs.
