Terms & Conditions
1. BMA Corp. exercises no control whatsoever over the
content of the information passing through its network or
the Internet.
2. BMA Corp. makes no warranties of any
kind, whether expressed or implied, for the service it is
providing. BMA Corp. also disclaims any warranty of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. BMA
Corp. will not be responsible for any resulting damages.
This includes loss of data resulting from delays,
non-deliveries, mis-deliveries, security breaches, service
interruptions caused by its own negligence, power or
telephone company failures, acts of God or your errors or
omissions. BMA Corp. will not be
responsible for any type of telephone company charges to any
of its telephone numbers.
3. Mundolink.net network services may
only be used for lawful purposes in accordance with all
current laws of U.S. and Puerto Rico. Transmission of any
material in violation of any Puerto Rico, U.S., or any other
country regulations is prohibited. You agree to indemnify
and hold harmless BMA Corp. from any claims resulting from
your use of the service which damages you, your computer
systems or another party.
4. Any access to other networks through
the Mundolink.net network must comply with the rules
appropriate for that other network. Idle dial-up connections
may be automatically terminated. Multiple simultaneous
dial-up connections by the same account are not permitted.
Computers utilizing other protocols than TCP/IP or computers
connected to a LAN are not supported on $ 14.95 accounts.
5. Use of any information obtained via
the Mundolink.net network is at your own risk. BMA Corp.
specifically denies any responsibility for the accuracy or
quality of information obtained through its services. You
are exclusively responsible for the security of your
computer systems.
6. All invoicing is executed in advance.
Payment is due on the 1st day of the month. Accounts are in
default if payment is not received, the service will be
interrupted until payment is received. If your payment is
returned to us unpaid you are immediately in default and
subject to a charge of $20.00 from us. Accounts determined
to be in default will have their service interrupted.
A returned check by the bank for any
reason will cause a service interruption. Such interruption
does not relieve you from the obligation to pay the account
charges. There is a minimum charge of one month billing
whether the service is utilized or not.
7. If you default, you agree to pay BMA
Corp. its reasonable expenses, including attorney and
collection agency fees, incurred in enforcing its rights
under these Terms and Conditions.
8. Service is invoiced in a timeframe
consistent with the classification of your account.
The Customer may cancel the
service only in writing at any time. BMA Corp. may
interrupt the service for any reason at any time.
Cancellations may be effective immediately. BMA Corp.
reserves the right to change the rates and otherwise modify
these Terms and Conditions at any time.
9. These Terms and Conditions supersede
all previous representations, understandings or agreements.
10. Use of BMA Corp. services constitute
acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
