To configure Windows XP for dial up access follow the
instructions outlined below.
1. In the Start Menu
(bottom
left), select All Programs,
then go up to Accessories, then
Communications, and click on then
New Connection Wizard.
2. The New Connection Wizard will appear onscreen,
select Next.

3. Now you have four options to choose from. Verify
that the first one labeled: Connect to
the Internet is selected, and press
Next.

4. Click on the second option Set up
my connection manually, and select
Next.

5. Verify that the first option,
Connect using a dial-up modem is selected, then press
Next. If the first option is not
available, you have to take your computer to a technician.

6. In the ISP Name field, type
Mundolink.Net, and click
Next.

7. Click inside the Phone number
field, and type the access number for your area. Metro Area users
type 787-474-9980. Users outside Metro Area check
here for your
access
number. After you enter the number, press
Next.

8. Enter your username in the first field, and the password in
the other two fields. Do not change the check boxes, and press
Next.

9. Select the option Add a shotcut to
this connection to my desktop, and press
Finish.
You have
configured Windows XP for dial up access. Enjoy your Internet
connection.
